Procedure

After a welcome and getting to know our animals for the first time, the participants receive important information on how to interact with the alpacas. Targeted self-experiments and exercises will familiarize them with the mindset of these gentle animals. They then go out into nature together with the animals and the team. By interacting with the alpacas, the participants gain valuable insights for their self-reflection and teamwork. In a concluding round of reflection, the experience is discussed and the transfer to everyday working life is established.
