Experience an extraordinary form of team development with our fascinating alpacas!

Program

Before the coaching session begins, we’ll work together to define your specific goal and tailor the content precisely to your needs.

The principles of the alpaca world are presented as inspiration for your team. After targeted exercises and small self-experiments, you’ll head out into nature together with the alpacas, where interaction with the team and the animals sparks valuable insights for personal reflection and effective teamwork.

To conclude, we’ll hold a group reflection session to discuss the experience and actively support its application to your professional daily routine.
